When a website is hard to update, awkward on a phone or unclear about the business, a redesign can help. The starting point is what customers and staff need to do better. A change of colours alone may leave the real frustration in place.
Understand what is already useful
We review the current site, its important pages, existing enquiry routes and available search or analytics evidence within the agreed scope. Staff can identify links they send repeatedly, content that creates misunderstandings and tasks the editor makes difficult.
A Philippines business may need clearer branch information, delivery coverage or service requests. We use its actual operating details and approved claims. The redesign should not imply offices, qualifications or coverage the business does not have.
Plan the move before replacing pages
The project can include a page inventory, old-to-new URL map, content migration, revised layouts and a working preview. Important downloads and language versions need attention alongside visible pages. Orders, accounts or other live application data require a specific migration plan.
Release with a practical check
You review the important journeys at phone and desktop widths. We agree the release responsibilities, recovery approach and checks after publication. A controlled live enquiry may be needed to confirm the real contact journey; a preview cannot establish that alone.
Bring the site address, current platform, editing concerns and any deadline tied to an event or campaign. We will scope the content and technical dependencies before proposing the work. Our article on keeping useful pages during a redesign explains the first inventory. Start a redesign enquiry.
