Make purchasing information useful before asking someone to pay.

Online stores and product catalogues

An online store needs more than product cards and a payment button. Customers need to understand availability, variants, delivery and what happens if the order needs changing. Staff needs an order they can fulfil without reconstructing the purchase from messages.

Choose the sales process that fits

Faith Forge Labs can develop conventional online stores, catalogue and quotation journeys, or improvements to an existing shop. Platform selection follows the products, editing needs, integrations and operating budget. A distributor with negotiated quantities may need a quotation basket; a standard retail product may suit immediate checkout.

For Philippines customers, the scope can address delivery zones, clearly labelled Philippine-peso amounts and connections to the merchant's chosen supported payment service. Merchant eligibility, account approval, provider charges and settlement terms remain decisions with that provider.

Include the work after checkout

We map order status, stock handling, payment confirmation and staff exceptions. If one product requires separate delivery, the customer should understand that before committing. Return, exchange and cancellation wording must be supplied or approved by the business with qualified advice where needed.

Test complete purchases and exceptions

Acceptance can cover variants, unavailable stock, unsupported destinations, a cancelled payment and delayed confirmation. We agree which tests use the provider's test environment and which need a controlled live check. Launch does not establish future sales performance.

One basket, two delivery answers

Imagine a merchant whose approved rules allow a small accessory to ship to a customer in Bohol, while a bulky item needs a separate delivery quotation. If both are in the basket, simply showing one shipping total can mislead the buyer. We can scope a journey that identifies the item needing review, lets the customer request the quotation and explains whether the remaining item can be purchased separately. The merchant decides those options and supplies the applicable destination rules.

Payment adds another decision: a returned checkout page may arrive before the selected provider’s confirmed result. The order can remain visibly awaiting payment review, with its reference and support route, until the supported integration supplies the required evidence. Acceptance should include this mixed basket and the delayed result, with staff able to explain what can be fulfilled. Neither a delivery estimate nor a payment logo substitutes for the merchant’s actual arrangements.

Prepare a small product sample, delivery rules and the tools you currently use. Read quotation-led catalogue planning and delivery coverage before checkout, or tell us about your store.
