An integration can reduce repeated entry between a website, store, CRM or operating system. Its value depends on the business rules: which record wins when details disagree, what triggers an update and who handles exceptions.
Start with one direction of travel
For a Philippines business, that might mean a paid order reaches fulfilment, a new service request reaches the CRM, or branch availability reaches the catalogue. We identify the source, destination, record identifiers and required information before choosing a connection method.
The work can include supported APIs, webhooks, scheduled exchanges, payment-status handling and staff reconciliation screens. Availability depends on the selected providers' current capabilities, accounts, permissions and plan limits. We verify those dependencies during scoping.
Include the cases that do not finish immediately
Connections can be delayed or unavailable. Repeated notifications should not create duplicate work. Staff needs a way to find waiting records, understand the problem and make a safe correction. Payment screenshots and browser success pages should not substitute for verified transaction information.
Use controlled access
Test and live accounts are separated where supported. The business keeps ownership of essential accounts and approves supplier access to personal information. Credentials are handled through an agreed private method, never a public enquiry.
When payment has arrived but the order still waits
For a Philippines merchant using its chosen supported QR payment service, imagine that a verified provider notification arrives twice, followed by a temporary outage in the fulfilment tool. The connection should recognise the same payment reference, avoid creating a second order and show staff that the paid order has not yet reached fulfilment. A customer’s screenshot alone cannot establish the matching provider record.
The proposed scope can include a waiting list with the merchant reference, verified payment state, destination status and an authorised retry or correction. Acceptance follows that single order through a repeated notification and a recovered destination. We confirm what the actual bank, payment provider and operating tool support before promising this behaviour; a general QR standard does not establish that an individual merchant has an order-status API.
Bring the tool names, one anonymised record and the action the connection should remove from someone's day. See QR payment confirmation and connected-service outages. Discuss an integration.
